- Track all showings and get feedback from agents who have shown the property
- Review all purchase contracts and title documents with you as they come in
- Obtain buyer's pre-approval letter from his/her lender
- Distribute all required documents to you and buyer for required signatures
- Maintain communication with buyer's agent throughout the escrow process
- Remove contingencies as they become due to keep contract valid
- Obtain written verification from the title company that the increased deposit is in escrow when due, if applicable
- Speak with buyer's lender to assure loan documents will be in escrow on time
- Deliver written escrow instructions to title company with closing instructions
- Be present at signing to assist you with any questions
