My business philosophy: To listen to my clients and to attain their goals. As a long time resident of Danville, I stay on top of local changes and trends to educate my clients and guide them in the right direction. I follow the same principals in both my professional and personal lives.
Education and Professional Background
Floria went to school in Tehran, Iran. She graduated from the National University of Iran with highest honors in Political Science and received a full scholarship for her graduate studies. She continued her education in Psychology and got a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from Pahlavi University which was affiliated with “Harvard.”
While going to school, Floria worked at the language departments and taught English to staff and was also the head of a political party and the University. Being very active in political scene, it was clear that she had to leave her country during the riots prior to the Revolution in 1978.
Considering that her brother was a graduate student at Stanford, the Bay Area became her home. Arriving in San Francisco, they started out their new lives in Marin County (Tiburon), then to the Peninsula (Palo Alto and Burlingame), and then finally moved to the East Bay in 1987. Floria started her real estate career in 1991 with Pacific Union in Danville and she is one of the founding partners at Empire Realty Associates.
Floria is also involved with mentoring newer agents who are starting their real estate careers. According to clients, Floria’s greatest asset has always been her ability to listen attentively and then follow through her commitment to her buyers and sellers and negotiate the best outcome for her clients.
